| Premium Beef Biltong made to an authentic traditional South African recipe containing quality salt and spice ingredients then slowly marinated for 12 hours followed by air drying in a controlled environment till it reaches the perfect dryness. All biltong is packed in a breathable pouch to maintain its original shape texture and flavour . 200 grams original weight of product will result in approximately 100 grams final product. |
