| Premium Beef Biltong 500 grams sliced made to an authentic traditional South African recipe containing quality salt and spice ingredients then slowly marinated for 12 hours followed by air drying in a controlled environment till it reaches the perfect dryness. All biltong is packed in a breathable pouch to maintain its original shape texture and flavour. 500grams of end product (Biltong) has been made from approximately 1kilogram of original product(Fresh Silverside or Topside). |
