All orders will be posted within 48 hours of payment being cleared except over a weekend or after 2pm on a Friday.

Should an order be placed over a weekend, delivery will be on a Monday/Tuesday following the weekend.

All orders will be securely wrapped to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition. 

 Should any product be out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you by e-mail and confirm a suitable alternate delivery date or refund.

On special arrangement we can have Boerewors delivered by City link.Please call.

We will contact you by email or telephone to confirm a delivery date.Please do not confirm availability for reciept of goods if you will not have someone available to recieve the goods.

The Biltong Hut will not be liable to product degredation due to the customers failure to ensure receipt of goods as arranged.
