Biltong Sticks/ Dry Wors/ Meat Stix
Always store your biltong products in a cool dry(Remember-We are on an Island!! with lots of moisture in the air) place away from strange smells, insects and dust. Hang them with the supplied protective breathable pouch as above and consume whenever you desire. When 100% dry it can be stored in an airtight container for many weeks. If you wish to freeze biltong, wrap tightly in foil and store in freezer for up to 3 months. When biltong has been frozen, place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours then take it out and allow biltong to reach room temperature before consuming, it tastes better!
Biltong Sliced
Consume within 3 days after receiving or store in an airtight container in your fridge for 1 week. Consume within 1 week. Always allow biltong to reach room temperature before consuming.
